Yes, Xmas is a very special time of the year. The most special. But, it also carries a bit of extra expenses, never budgeted enough to cope with.

What I would recommend after all the fog is gone, is to keep a close eye to the general budget of the new year:

1. Do write a budget. Do it yourself and thinking about the whole year long.
2. Pay what you are in debt. Yes, if you keep your creditors away, you’ll find that the expenses were not that way as high.
3. Start saving. You can check for online coupons, or just get your rebate-money. But, do it as soon as you can.

Does it come to your mind many other tips to get along better with the after-xmas syndrome? Please, feel free to put them in the comment box.
