Discussing Economics

By admin

Welcome to WisePicker, a blog dedicated to the advice on personal finance issues and online purchases. If you want to follow our new articles, please feel free to subscribe to our RSS feed. Many thanks for your visit

Usually I read some niche-related blogs, and sometimes find very interesting articles. Not so often, I find an outstanding blog, which many interesting, good quality content. That’s the case of the Economics Forum that I’m currently reviewing.

Discuss Economics is not only a blog - in fact, it does have some related forums - that discusses about the major facts of economy, but it does display info in a very digestible fashion. Straight to the point, concise and in a very friendly format.

In fact, the format is what makes it very different, it combines a good overall academical knowledge with the natural style of the wise picker. The simple, plain English of the articles make it very easy for the reader to assimilate the message.

For example, if you read the article “Smart Financial Planning Steps for Beginners” then you would immediately be hooked by the nice analogy of the roof. Then on, it would be very pleasant to read the whole article, which by the way I would sincerely recommend.

Maybe, what would make the blog a bit better is to increase a little the frequency of posting. It’s quite difficult to produce good content, but the effort is finally worth the trouble.

Another key feature that might help a lot to increase the audience (or readership, the like) is to install a plugin to help the visitor to subscribe to the feeds or receive the posts via email. And, last but not least, it might be wise to include a link to Digg the post, some of them really deserve it.

If you wish to read more of “Discuss Economics“, which by the way, I rather recommend truely, you can click here or look for it on my Blogroll.
